Vice President of Malaysia TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (TARUC) and Her Delegation Visited the College

In the morning of December 18th , Ms Say Sok Kwan, Vice President of Malaysia TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (TARUC) and her delegation paid a visit to the college for survey and exchange. Mr. Zhu Longliang, President of the college, along with the director of Foreign Affairs Office attended the exchange meeting. Mr. Zhu Longliang first extended a warm welcome to Ms. Say Sok Kwan and her delegation, and made introductions of the history, development, schooling philosophy and characteristics of our college. He said that as an foreign oriented and featured” college, Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies has always attached great importance to international exchanges, he hoped that this visit would be a start to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. Ms. Say Sok Kwan also introduced the development history, professional characteristics and international exchanges of TARUC. Through mutual discussion, the two sides reached preliminary intention of cooperation in joint cultivation of students, exchange of teachers and students, Faculty training etc. Mr. Say Sok Kwan and her delegation also visited the “Construction Engineering Entity Processing Base” and “Innovation & Entrepreneurship Base” on campus after the exchange meeting.
In recent years, the college has strengthened cooperation with the institutions in Southeast Asian countries in the integration of production and teaching as well as talent training, etc., actively trained high-quality skilled talents for countries along the “Belt and Road”, and enhanced the capability to serve the construction of Belt and Road.
